是一個大廈好多家酒店的公寓式，定的海景房，所以陽台可以看到海邊，景色不錯，離沙灘也不算遠，周邊美食挺多
衞生真的一言難盡，入住馬桶就堵，住一晚不敢上廁所，太晚了所以沒叫客服維修，客服回覆倒是很快，設施真的一般，整個房間都感覺臟兮兮，第二天馬上退房，早上電梯能等半個小時，體驗感非常非常非常不好。
好評的是前台服務不錯，熱情有禮

住在海邊，玩在海邊，簡直太瀟灑！優越的位置，漫步幾分鐘就能到海邊，踏上沙灘的那一瞬間，心情立刻放鬆下來，沉浸在大海的廣闊之中。這裏海岸線很長，有好多小朋友在趕海壘城堡，自己也像回到小時候無憂無慮的那樣。怪不得都想來海邊度假，真的超級治癒！
玩一圈回到房間，房間是公寓性質的，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，房間中規中矩，衞生條件還不錯，對得起這個價位，前台的服務好的沒邊，就算路過都會熱情打招呼的。房間用品都是一次性的，用起來安全放心，不必擔心。
房間裏電器齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有，空調製冷效果很好，幾分鐘就很涼快了，熱水器需要打開，沒搞明白，前台立馬派人來，迅速解決，狠狠點讚了[強]
這裏打車很方便，APP上秒接單，交通不錯，濱海大道旁，一路飛馳，開車都能欣賞海景，名不虛傳。
花時間寫這麼多，確實是挺不錯的店家，山東的熱情好客，服務的温馨，非常推薦大家來花溪。大美山東！

不虧是城市陽台，風景絕美，物超所值，大投影看着很舒服，大床也很舒適，裝修也很好，大床房的空間很大，還有個可以躺在陽台上看日出的皮躺椅，坐在陽台上看暴雨也很愜意，好評！以後來黃島還住這裏，離海岸很近，附近美食多，沙灘的沙子很細膩，遊玩的人沒有第一浴場那麼多那麼擁擠。標誌性建築走出去多遠一個抬頭就找到了，很有辨識度。

來了海邊，還是希望能時時刻刻看見大海的，所以到店看過房間後，果斷選擇了升級房型。房間開門見海，視野開闊，遠處的靈山島，近處的海岸線都盡收眼底。妥妥的享受房間裏躺在上床就能面朝大海，春暖花開的感覺，無敵棒！這裏距離青島西站近，打車不到20分鐘就到了，餓了就跑到樓下的商圈，叫歡樂海灣，週末特別熱鬧，每晚都有音樂噴泉，老震撼了，青島獨一份。一早我們去海邊看日出了，從房間出門到海邊也就10幾分鐘路，特別近了。看了兩個房間，衞生條件還不錯，畢竟這價格也不是五星級酒店，打掃乾淨就是蠻不錯的，服務挺好，這裏海邊小朋友玩的多，沙灘也乾淨，沒有過多的商業氣息，可以好好放鬆。老鐵們，海邊沒有滸苔，放心下單來玩👌

海邊和海邊都不一樣，青島的大海有種放鬆，愜意的感覺，躺在房間感受大海的氣息，每一個細胞都是輕鬆的。
房間設計風格大氣，衞生乾淨，陽台都是乾乾淨淨的。服務的人員每一個洋溢着熱情，很耐心的指引。交通很方便，而且海灘上很乾凈，也沒有商業推銷，真真正正能好好欣賞海的地方。

房間總體很差，房間需要插卡取電，但是插上卡還得等至少兩三分鐘才能有電，晚上回來啥都看不見直接給我腦袋撞一個大包，衞生間衹有一個昏暗的小黃燈，浴室沒有架子，放不了任何東西，洗手池和門離得很近，洗臉會磕到胳膊🥲衞生也不好，沙發上鋪的一個很舊的浴巾，還有別人的頭髮，床單是有補丁的，枕頭一個高一個低，還有小蟲子🤢
比較好的是房間準備了一次性浴巾，毛巾，馬桶套，方便了一些，還有一個贈送的帳篷⛺️可以在沙灘用，我們懶就沒有用，停車的話有地下車庫，負二位置很多，停一天 30 封頂，可以和前台溝通，付款 10 塊就可以了，酒店位置很方便，下樓吃的很多，過馬路就是海水浴場，適合不想出去溜達的人。
