The room was okay. I stayed in room 252. The wooden box for washing in the sink room was moldy. There was a lot of mold. This is not good!

請大家為了自己小命着想，千萬不要住這裏。我家一行5人住在這家酒店，7月27日早晨9點半長者和孩子去酒店吃自助早餐，午後1點開始，嘔吐不止，並伴隨發熱，腹瀉。來了青島4天，家中5人一直在一起吃飯，可以確定不是水土不服，也不是前幾天餐食的問題，27日中午發作時，當天只有長者和孩子吃了酒店的餐食，而且也衹吃過酒店的餐食，沒吃過其他的東西。家人出現嘔吐後，我第一時間致電酒店，酒店未有迴應，後續我致電青島市北區市場監督管理局，經此才得到酒店方聯繫我。因我們一行人均為外地遊客，不知道哪家醫院離酒店近，在我的強烈要求下，酒店方才陪同一起前往醫院，前往醫院途中，孩子實在忍不了，吐在車上，來醫院後疼痛難忍，蜷縮在地，醫生告知這是細菌感染後身體的應激反應，27日夜間孩子長者陸續發燒，打電話至酒店前台詢問是否有體温計，被告知只有個故障的，我衹能半夜外賣叫了葯品和體温計自行處理。至我退房離開青島，酒店方仍然未賠償道歉，衹説感染不能證明與酒店有關，醫葯費也是我自己付款，酒店業主方説要麼就賠償我200並付款醫葯費，遭我拒絕後，説隨便我怎麼去投訴，打市長熱線也好，市監局投訴，訴訟也罷。這個做法真讓人寒心了，難道我大老遠來青島，花了幾萬，就是為了訛酒店200嗎！奉勸大家為了自己和家人的健康，千萬不要來這裏住！！！！
