體現到的最差前台服務：4月30日晚19點左右到前台辦理入住，打算住四天，酒店前台（馬尾辮偏瘦）告之住不了，原因是不知道第二天的價格，衹能住一天，讓其問問領導第二天的價格，告之不能聯繫領導休息了，繼續問第二天該房間價格出來後是否可以繼續入住，告之不知道第二天該房間是否被預訂…總之現場根本辦理不了正常入住，一問三不知，要住就衹能住一天，愛住不住。沒轍，衹好通過攜程訂了四天。最基本的服務做不到，太差了！
