酒店位置很好，樓下免費停車，靠近山東大學地鐵站，走路5分鐘就到了，設施很齊全，一次性用品也都有，被褥乾淨整潔，門口吃飯方便，很多小吃店，老闆人非常熱情客氣，有不知道的都會耐心答覆，我們沒有約到票，老闆娘還幫忙預約的，距離海邊大約2里路，房間寬敞，乾淨亮堂，隔音非常好，洗手間沒異味，住的很舒服，空調真的很給力，調26°都很涼快，跟老闆約好了，明年暑假我們還來

賓館位置在泰安街的中心位置，老闆娘人好熱情呀，房間衞生很好，乾淨整潔，床和床上用品也很舒服，房間朝陽，安靜，設施設備齊全，熱水也很好，很滿意

老闆娘人很好，房間也很不錯，被子、毛巾等都沒有異味，房間空調, wifi啥都有，就是水壓剛開始不太穩定，但是開一會後就會正常了。提個小建議，就是把牙刷杯子換成一次性紙杯挺好，更乾淨一些

超級好的店家，老闆人品正直，有什麼事情都能幫忙，因為飛機晚點，很晚才到，老闆特意出來接的，幫安排停車，還幫拿行李，房間乾淨衞生，洗髮水沐浴露牙刷梳子拖鞋都有，特意説一下，枕頭被子都是太陽曬過的味道，隔音也很好，洗澡水量很大，房間也亮堂還有離海邊很近，去抓的小螃蟹，老闆還給去市場要的海水，給放冰箱冷藏，退房時居然都活着，這次青島旅行真的很開心，大家可以放心入住，萬分推薦，哈哈，以後衹要來青島肯定還住這家
