Room is okay but noisy, towels and cushions smell like cigarettes. Bed is comfy and large, well situated room otherwise with quick access to common transportation and some restaurants around.
Check-in was not smooth, we had to call and wait for guy to show up but he was helpful afterward.

The worst place that I stayed from all country CBD area. It is really bad experience that I stayed in CBD Qingdao, lifts very slow and only two workable

Overall, it's very good, but it doesn't seem to be the same as the room we booked. It seems that the boss upgraded the room for us for free. It's really good. There's also a kitchen washing machine and a refrigerator, but it's a pity that we can't use it. However, one thing is that the elevator in this business building is really awkward, so I can only take the stairs to the 23rd floor and take another elevator.

I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. It's dirty. It takes me an hour to go up and down the 25th floor and wait for the elevator.

The landlord is very friendly, and because it is located on a high floor, the view is very good. It is close to the subway and there are many shops below, which is very convenient. I think I can stay again next time

Since it is a serviced apartment, there is no front desk. The room is on the 25th floor, but first-time visitors probably won't know that. The room is clean, but the water doesn't drain well in the shower. There is a shopping center next door, so it is convenient for restaurants and shopping.
