首先房子地理位置靠近金沙灘 訂的不是海景房 小哥免費給升級為海景房 確實早上也看到了景色非常美 積極響應各種需求 唯一遺憾的是影音的那個多媒體沒辦法使用 有點小遺憾 可以檢查下看看是不是壞掉了 兩個遙控器都沒有用

老闆人太好了，回消息很快，還讓我們有地方放行李，非常方便，視野很開闊，在酒店就可以看到日出，屏幕投影也很清楚，好評！哦對還有廚具但是我們沒有用上。

客廳主卧可以全景看海，次卧也能看到一點。有廚房，衞生間裏有洗衣機。下樓租了電驢騎着去海灘玩一點不累。走過去也就幾百米，主要是懶… 不遠處也有吃飯的海鮮飯店一條街，也不貴。金沙灘銀沙灘的沙子都是好細好軟超舒服的。房東服務超級到位有求必應。真的太好了！兩個家庭孩子小夠住。

提幾點建議：
1、電視投影不清晰，不如一般的電視機。
2、浴室狹小馬桶和熱水器在一起的。
3、牙膏牙刷等的質量太差，刷着刷着就斷了。
海景房開窗能看到海還是不錯的。
提前訂的價格虛高嚴重，後面房間降價了太多，但店家不給取消訂單。
總體來説花了高檔酒店🏨的價格，住了個經濟型的名宿，這次體驗就是個“大怨腫”😂。

説實話，真的挺一般的，但是距離很近，出了小區，對面就是海，當時也是圖方便定了這個民宿，名稱叫公寓，以為都是像南京那樣的單室套，一室一廳的，可是，它是那種三室一廳隔出來的。然後入住起來也挺麻煩，要電話聯繫過來送房卡，因為是沒有所謂的前台什麼的，就是小區裏面的房子。打車過來這裏的事情，滴滴師傅都很驚訝，怎麼住小區了。
外部環境不説啥了，因為不是最重要的，可是它裏面真的很臟。我自帶的一次性用品（四件套，毛巾啥的），房間也有一股味道，下圖是環境，不想多説了。看圖理解吧。

很適合家庭出行，一家子住在一起，性價比還可以。房間位置很不錯，樓下就行金沙灘停車場，隔條馬路就是金沙灘，晚上還在客廳看了啤酒節那邊的無人機表演。缺點一是沒有電梯，四樓要自己爬樓梯，還好衹是四樓。缺點二，户型設計不合理，三個房間衹有一個衞生間，而且是暗衞，沒有窗户，也沒有裝排氣扇，有點臭；尤其是洗完澡後水汽熱氣都悶在裏面，味道更加明顯。

出門走幾步就是沙灘，孩子玩沙很開心。房間乾淨，車程10分鐘左右就是金沙灘啤酒城，有一家餐館很好吃，晚上逛逛燈光也很好看。有洗衣機，也有廚房，很方便，大大的投影看的賊爽，很多會員電影也可以看，老闆熱情！

房間格局和環境都滿意，屋裡大大的投影儀，距離金沙灘10分鐘路程也比較方便，海灘孩子們遊玩後直接回家沖水，常有熱水很温馨的居住！
房東管家推薦的吃飯～購買海鮮的地方都超級好👌🏻想要租電動車外出都安排到樓下，服務也太讚了
