Despite the great location, the hotel has not been maintained and many things are looking a bit worse for wear.
Our room wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay and only after I complained to management was it thoroughly cleaned.
They towels and bedding have seen better days.
The amenities does not look anything like the pictures. It all needs serious renovations. The billiard room as featured was non-existent and the gym is only 3 machines which doesn’t even include a treadmill.
Staff members were very helpful, kind and accommodating, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of maintenance.
We were very happy that the beer festival was on the premises and enjoyed the music and food.
Views from the room is breathtaking.

Fabulous service from the front desk to restaurant waiters/waitresses. Everyone works hard to help us enjoy the vacation in the hotel. We have a very good time there. Highly recommend.

Room was ok, a bit old, AC without function, but there is a fan in the room, view to the sea, way to the room wide, is in the middle of a swimming pool

This is the only accommodation for one thousand and one nights, there is dust everywhere, and the housekeeping management is terrible. I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel, not even a small hotel. I hope everyone will keep their eyes peeled before booking a hotel.

Very, very, very bad. There is 💩 at the bottom of the hotel bathtub. There is nothing in the water park. The environment is very, very bad. The water is all green. There is nothing in the breakfast. The hotel room is seriously inconsistent with the picture. The facilities in the room are seriously aged and there is no ventilation at all. The musty smell is disgusting and the sanitary conditions are also very poor. I will never stay in any Haiquanwan-related hotels again.
