The hotel is nice but the only problem is that it is far from the city

The hotels is so far from the downtown, The service was good, My bed was not so good so i asked for room change, they give us another room, There's heavy rain in the morning and we saw leakage at different Corners of the room, In room don't have any Proper place to put your luggage etc, And no proper electric sockets availability with the bed.

Hygiene: Very poor, there was a spider inside the quilt when I opened it, and there were yellow unknown objects on the towels. I stayed for two days but the room was not cleaned. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't know anyone was staying there. Service: Very poor attitude, there was never anyone at the front desk, and I had to call for any requests. Infrastructure: The toilet didn't work well, I had to flush it myself, and the wash basin was full of yellow sticky stuff. I don't recommend it! Don't stay here again even if it's cheap!

It was a very, very good experience because I checked out a few hours late due to exams. The boss did not deduct money or rush people away. The service was very good. I left my phone there and the boss even helped me find someone. Very good experience. Highly recommended. The boss is very good, very good! ! !

It is really cold in winter, the toilet door makes too much noise, especially the quilt, except for the quilt cover which is a bit clean, the quilt core inside is pitch black 😬
