As a B&B, the most important thing is to provide guests with a comfortable and clean sleeping environment. Hygiene is extremely poor. The bathroom sewer outlet is not cleaned, and the water cannot leak even after taking a shower. You have to wait.
Secondly, there were unknown little black bugs on the bed, and there were cockroaches in both rooms.
I traveled for more than half a month during the summer, and the place I stayed in was the worst. I couldn't even do basic hygiene. The price is about 400, which is really not suitable.
The only thing I am satisfied with is the front desk service.

一是交通不方便，民宿沒有固定停車場，衹能停在公共停車場，走過去大概需要10-15分鐘。離海邊和車站都很遠，出遊也不方便;
二是房間很多設施壓根不能使用，比如電視機。龍頭水壓也小，出水忽冷忽熱，店家壓根也不想着維修;
三是衞生狀況極差，很多地方都在發黴，晚上上完衞生間忘記關門，第二天早上直接被下水道反胃給薰醒了;
要説唯一好的就是來去都有個小三輪接送，店家整體比較客氣，但不能解決實際問題。
我去青島一共住了四晚，兩晚酒店，兩晚民宿，這家絕對是大雷中的大雷，千萬別踩！誰去誰後悔！！！

來仰口風景區住這裏就對了，位置背山面海，房間靜雅，小院適合拍照；路對面就是大海，三分鐘到海邊，海水很藍，海灘比市區海水浴場乾淨多了，幾百米外就是嶗山景區入口；房東很貼心很熱情，飯菜非常合口味，滿意而歸

民俗地處嶗山山腳下，環境優美非常安靜，距離海邊和嶗山仰口景點非常近，步行十分鐘可到達，看日出趕海都非常便利，尤其房東小帥哥待人非常誠懇熱情，因為去的路上導航錯誤中途無法找到去民俗的道路，小帥哥親自開車去接了我們，家人身體不適他還親自買葯送過來，我們遊玩歸來休息時大姐把洗好的黃瓜送到了房間裏，品嚐了廚師大哥做的家常菜有種回家的感覺，總之這次出行不錯的體驗，家人都非常滿意👍

如果第一次來嶗山，強烈推薦這家民宿。
優點是離海邊近，自駕停車方便，小哥哥超級好，温文爾雅，主動幫我們拿行李，熱心介紹吃的地方和景點。來的時候擔心民宿位置靠後，實際也還可以，早上出門三分鐘走到海邊，方便看日出。
劃重點：離海近，衞生條件尚可，服務好讓人很舒心，性價比高，有個小院子，適合拍照。

先説位置！！！超級便利，就在嶗山仰口景區800米左右，所以想從仰口上山的，住這裏非常合適，就是民宿會有一個小坡上去，不過不影響，因為民宿小哥會騎小三輪坨顧客+行李！
然後就是民宿小哥了！真的非常非常好的一個人，因為我們兩個女孩子，到的比較晚，提前打電話問了一下，然後還接送了我們，感激涕零！！！晚上帶我們一起去趕海，劃重點！趕海衹用走200米，捉小螃蟹和小魚，給我們提供小桶和小鏟子！而且民宿大叔還和另一個姐姐給我們做飯吃，還摘了很多很多杏子給我們帶走，因為民宿院裏有顆杏樹，後山也有很多，朋友們，小哥説了5月份產櫻桃，最近是杏子，過一陣還有桃子，整個就是擁有果園的感jio，朋友們，快來玩吧，真的入股不虧，第一次體驗到民宿滿滿的人情味！

這家民宿是咱們兩家人去青島最滿意的一次住宿，小哥哥特別熱情，加了微信，停車場接我們，還幫我們拖行李，走的時候還送我們到停車場，帶我們逛海鮮市場，幫我們海鮮加工。還吃了叔叔做的手工大饅頭，走的時候我們還打包了，哈哈！最主要是特別方便，幾分鐘就到海邊，孩子們特別開心！離開民宿還可以駕車前往青山漁村，再順着濱海大道到達市區，太方便啦！
