酒店位置很好，推窗見綠。房間很乾凈，設施很新。我們帶一10歲孩子，服務員很熱心地給升級了家庭房，一個大床，一個小床，還送了早餐和温泉票，小童牙膏，總之，服務很好，另外，温泉水也很乾凈。

來青島好幾天了，這次住宿是感覺最好的，特別是前台的服務，真的很好，辦理完入住手續後，還親自幫我們按電梯，送我們進電梯，房間裏還有免費送的水果，感覺特別棒。早餐很好，早餐廳的男服務員服務也非常好，幫我拿餐具，謝謝。

房間很乾凈，也很寬敞，臨近過年前台美女免費升級了親子房，還把早餐送到了房間，真心不錯，以後去還會住這這裏。不過温泉衹有室內，所謂的泳池很小水很涼不適合游泳

酒店前台人員超級好，進門辦理會細心詢問，酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，客房大姐打掃衞生的時候非常細緻，酒店設施就更不用説了，非常棒，温泉也很乾凈前台小姐姐很體貼，服務周到，總體來説這個酒店性價比很高，下次還會再來！

這是第三次入住貴酒店，每次都會有不一樣的入住體驗，特別是前台的服務，很細心很温柔，還有客房大姐的微笑服務，看到大姐們的笑臉就瞬間變得輕鬆，心情也很哇塞。環境好，空氣好，還有很多小動物，一切都很棒！
