原定3人間，照片上顯示有兩張潔白的床，有wifi有電視能洗澡，三百多我們還是買了。到了之後衹有一個床，三個人擠的要命，門鎖是老舊的那種，要用鑰匙開門，鎖的時候還要按一下才能鎖，連房卡都沒有。進去房間極其小，都轉不開身，衞生條件極差，無法洗澡，因為淋浴頭下就是蹲廁，預計一開水下面的蹲坑會溢💩。廁所沖水請用臉盆。要看電視，也是打不開的，出去問前台，那個黃毛極其敷衍，一直看手機，正眼都不帶瞧人，直接説電視看不了，根本沒有WIFI。別説拖鞋燒水壺了，什麼都沒有（攜程上寫的一切的一切都沒有，虛假宣傳！）

環境跟衞生簡直差到離譜 老闆態度是挺好的 獨立衞浴也是太爛了 住了一天寧願不洗澡也不用這個衞生間… 床上很多黑色小蟲子 床單不知道是什麼血跡似的 一個紅點一個紅點的 三個字臟亂差 出遊的朋友寧願住遠點 找個好點酒店住也行 這裡是真心不推薦 對了空調都不能自己控制 連遙控都沒有….很破非常破

房間又臟又亂，床單被褥都是焦黃沒洗，屋裡沒有空調，電視都是幾十年前的老電視，車票改簽了要退房和店家協商根本不理會找攜程客服協商還把人家客服説了一頓，建議大家看這個賓館的時候一定要看看評論區別踩雷，影響出來玩的心情，建議這家賓館早日倒閉吧謝謝🙏評價還能給一分要是有負分負100都不嫌多

賓館地理位置靠近火車站，交通便利，老闆服務也可以，比較熱情。其他的方面就不行了，第一，與描述圖片不符，圖片有窗簾，較為整潔和新，實際平方很小，尤其衞生間衹夠一個人進去，裏面也舊舊的，衞生間也臟臟的；第二，房間隔音效果很不好，樓上洗漱啥的聲音賊大，隔壁房間，樓道聲音都可以聽見，樓道很窄，樓也很低；第三，房間設施不行，第一晚住的房間洗漱池上洗下漏，真是服，也沒有空調那個房間，是類似於風扇的一玩意，挺熱的。而且那個床，坑坑窪窪的，一樓也挺潮濕的；第四，房間衞生也不太行，衞生間臟臟的，床單上也有印跡。總之，不滿意，但是不能退，就那樣住下了。

我在網上預訂房間與實際房間不符！實際房間是個小閣樓！根本不能住人！臟亂差！與老闆協商同意取消訂單！然後我就離開旅店！可是訂單遲遲沒有取消成功！給客服打電話説商家不同意退款！我馬上打電話聯繫旅店！老闆娘説衹能退一小部分錢！我説在店裡同意全額退款的我才走的！老闆娘隨後掛斷電話！我又二次撥打電話！老闆娘態度非常不好！我馬上返回旅店對質！到店裡老闆娘又同意全額退款！但是必須得到平台電話！我打通平台熱線客服説商家同意全額退款就行！可是老闆娘在這時就開始無理取鬧，罵人！蠻不講理！*******！沒有辦法我衹能報警！她還威脅我説報警一分錢不給我退！明顯欺負外地遊客！態度極其惡劣！整條街都出來看熱鬧！因為我報警了後來她家老公出來和我協商！這個大哥後來給我退了80元錢！還有一部分沒退！我也同意了！出門在外都不容易！我想説她家環境真的很不好！我希望平台能多多關注！老闆娘真的讓人心寒！
