This is our third time living at this beautiful house. My friends and I enjoyed the sea view and the services the landlady provided us with. The seafood restaurants nearby are very delicious and affordable. It surely is a nice place to spend the weekend with your friends and loved ones.

房間都很乾凈，下樓走幾分鐘就到金沙灘海邊了，去海邊的路上有超市和飯店。老闆很熱情，定好房間後主動和我聯繫發定位，結果我自己看錯跑到另一個門，老闆親自開車來接送到住的樓下。很滿意的一次入住。

地理位置優越，便利，公交站下車幾步路就到民宿小區門口，打車也非常方便。出門幾分鐘就到金沙灘，樓下不遠就是美食街。民宿環境非常好，設施齊全，可以做飯，房子很大，床上用具乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺很安靜，陽台卧室都可以看到海，孩子非常喜歡，適合親子居住或者幾個朋友一起住。晚上還可以去青島最大的啤酒城（不遠，步行就可過去），每年7月底8月初，正逢國際啤酒節期，非常熱鬧。老闆娘人非常好，親自到大門口接我們去房間，臨走時還發紅包送別，非常温暖。體驗感不錯，下次來青島海邊還會繼續住，五星好評！！！

我住的一居室，不知道什麼年代的木頭床，床尾有裝飾突出來的木片多餘物，我光腿就碰在那木頭上了，十幾天了腿上還淤青，花600多還多了一塊淤青回來。
磕死我了。
你們住的時候小心，尤其帶小孩，儘量不要選擇這種危險的床。圖片這已經是十多天後的淤青。

房間離沙灘很近，出門就是海灘，房間衞生乾淨，樓下葯店超市都有，還有美食街，非常方便，房東很熱情，服務好，有求必應。床睡的很舒服，每個房間都有空調，廚房設備也很齊全，給孩子煮飯很方便，第一次住民宿，有機會還會來的，推薦[合十][合十][合十]

不錯就像家一樣，連做菜的調料都準備好了，關鍵是離沙灘近，該有的都有可以直接看到海灘。入住時要和房東聯繫好一種是小高層有電梯但離海灘遠點，另一種就是沒有電梯的房子但是靠海第一排離沙灘近。希望可以幫助到大家，總體很好很值得
