The room was very nice, check in/out smooth, all good until we came home and got a call from the hotel saying that their staff messed up the payment. The person who contacted us didn’t even seem to know that we had already paid a deposit or what the amount was, which led to alot of confusion and anxiety which could have been avoided if the fro desk staff just did their jobs properly.

We booked 2 x rooms to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, and the staff went over and above to make our experience as enjoyable as possible.
I especially want to mention Ms Lillian Kong, who was very friendly and could speak English very well. She upgraded both our rooms to seaview rooms, which was amazing.
We purchased a bundle deal, which included buffet dinner and breakfast, and the food was delicious. This hotel and staff receives our highest ratings!
