酒店裝修比較新，前台服務也不錯。早餐一般，還沒吃呢，服務人員一直不斷提醒不要浪費。隔音太差了，對門住客早出晚歸大聲喧嘩太影響了

酒店設施完善，有自助早餐。唯一有缺憾的是房間打掃速度太慢，有的時候早晨出門辦事到了下午兩三點房間還是打掃不出來，還要跑下去跟前台説一下，搞得很不方便。前台服務的小哥哥還是服務周到的。

連住了五天，前台小夥子服務挺好！服務是值得認可的！但是衞生實話説，三個字：臟亂差！看看過道，很多牙膏蓋子，連普通如家快捷都比不了！還商旅酒店？！第一天，洗臉枱位置還有沒收拾的牙刷，後面連着幾天，地墊不收，毛巾不放，甚至桌上忘記收拾的紙巾也是視而不見！餐廳衞生也是真差！很多毛巾上很多污漬！不知道到底是不是有人在管這家酒店！如果你們酒店管理層不會整改！覺得都挺好！那祝生意興隆！

管理特別差，我預訂的31號房間，入住當天18:00可以免費取消得，前台30號提前一天就把辦入住了，自作主張沒有經過我同意，還狡辯説是攜程辦的入住，真可笑，一會又是説，預訂的房間，早晨6點鐘就會辦理入住，早晨6點鐘有辦房子入住的客人嗎？解釋都不帶腦子説話，犯了錯誤還不承認錯誤，非要客户自己去打電話到攜程取消，什麼素質，犯了錯誤，連承認錯誤的勇氣都沒有，酒店管理人員連個解釋都沒説

首先服務特差 有什麼需求問工作人員愛答不理的，位置很偏附近沒什麼吃的，房間破破爛爛紙巾也沒有，最主要的是水 洗澡洗臉池都是一會熱一會涼 一會燙的不行 都不用自己調 不用手動 水温就跟過山車一樣2秒燙死了2秒冰水 洗澡都得掐好時間 真的很無語，從來沒住過這樣的酒店環境 如家都被整這麼垃圾了嗎 都不檢查設施嗎 三百多一晚就這樣的你覺得值嗎
