We booked 3 rooms altogether, but we were given one really run-down room. We requested to change to a better room, and they let us do it, but with impolite attitude.

The location is great, very close to a metro-station (line nr. 2) and bus terminal, with the metro it is just a few stops to Laoshiren beach. Also it is not far to the Laoshan mountain by taxi. The apar**ent is well furnished and quite big, however, it was not really clean. The sofa, seat cushions on the chairs, table cloth and kitchen utensils were not clean, also there was still some hair from previous occupants on the floor. The kitchen can be used for preparing simple things, but is not suitable for cooking bigger meals.
The bed was comfy and clean.
The service was good; it was easy checking in and out.
Although it wasn't very clean, I can still recommend staying at this apar**ent.

Bathing in the bathroom is a problem. The water on the floor is too slippery and a mop should be provided.
