Very good value for the money spent! Not too clean, and not that well kept, but overall still more than plenty to live with. We had 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a balcony, and a common area. Overall, for the price paid, I can recommend this flat for students or travellers with a tight budget.

We booked 3 rooms altogether, but we were given one really run-down room. We requested to change to a better room, and they let us do it, but with impolite attitude.

The location is great, very close to a metro-station (line nr. 2) and bus terminal, with the metro it is just a few stops to Laoshiren beach. Also it is not far to the Laoshan mountain by taxi. The apartment is well furnished and quite big, however, it was not really clean. The sofa, seat cushions on the chairs, table cloth and kitchen utensils were not clean, also there was still some hair from previous occupants on the floor. The kitchen can be used for preparing simple things, but is not suitable for cooking bigger meals.
The bed was comfy and clean.
The service was good; it was easy checking in and out.
Although it wasn't very clean, I can still recommend staying at this apartment.

The environment is very good, the space is large, which is a plus. The scenery is very attentive, it's so great. The small compartment above is very good and comfortable. The customer service lady has a very good attitude. She also extended the check-out time and kept asking where the switch is (because I couldn't find it). There are many foods around, which is great👍🏻Recommended Recommended Recommended

This price is really the most perfect B&B for my recent business trip to Qingdao. It is close to the subway entrance, there are restaurants downstairs, the room facilities are complete, the TV projection is convenient, and the decoration is also very warm.
