The hotel is good value for money. Staff are friendly and polite. Rooms are clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. My main gripe is the mess and noise from ongoing building work near the lobby that should finish soon. I also wish rooms had a fridge and in-room safe.

The hotel is in a very central location and close to the vast majority of attractions. However, the hotel is lacking in specific cleanliness in the rooms for example stains all over the bathroom and around the toliets and marks on doors.
Addtional, the hotel breakfast is lacking in a real choice than one partcular type of food.

This was our second time in Galaxy Hotel and again we had good time. The only thing I noticed was their shower tiles needs to be clean thoroughly. But for the price it was worth it.

Super great hotel with free breakfast. Awesome breakfast I must say. Clean rooms. I stayed for two nights so the room service replaced new sheets, toiletries and towels every morning. The staff are very friend and hospitable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Qingdao for business or pleasure.

Love this hotel. Every time I go to Qingdao, I stay there. Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Location is great. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is not bad. Subway station is a little far.
