很漂亮的房子，很乾凈，房子內的配套設施很完全，房東大哥人很好，距離五四廣場非常近，步行就能到，房間就可以做飯，餐具準備的也很齊全

位置很棒，衞生還可以吧，窗簾很臟，停車在負二，停好車後需要在自己走上來，不是很方便，最想吐槽那個淋浴，熱水涼水不穩定，洗澡十分鐘有八分鐘都在調水，帶孩子洗澡洗着洗着水就變涼了，然後再稍微調一下就超級熱，太費事了，不過家庭出行性價比還是很高的，沒有滑梯和海洋球，有秋千椅和滑滑車

位置離五四廣場，奧帆中心特別近，房間內特別整潔漂亮，家裡人都讚不絕口，房東人也特別好，十點到的本來想寄存行李，沒想到房東直接就讓我們入住了，退房的時候真的好捨不得。來五四廣場附近的寶子們一定要入住他家！

地理位置比較靠近五四廣場和地鐵站，附近有個地下美食廣場，晚上吃飯推薦搭地鐵三站去台東步行街。房子佈置温馨，有洗衣機冰箱挺實用。

一共定了兩天，房間真的特別棒，完全可以住11－12個人，而且去他家的時候一定要去奧帆中心坐一次輪船，雖然不是晴天，也超級美的
