公寓位於市北區新建的小區內，有電梯，放攜帶大件行李入住，也方便帶小孩、長者入住。距離公交站不遠，距離地鐵口比較遠。房間比較新，乾淨整潔，無異味。床上用品比較新，乾淨整潔無異味。房間內配置洗衣機，方便衣服清洗，窗台比較大，可涼哂衣服。冰箱未插電，不知道能不能用。衞生間比較小，但也乾淨衞生無異味。衞浴設施比較新，乾淨，無損壞，熱水充足，水量大。洗臉盆偏小。地面排水比較慢。無早餐。
