房間裝修很好看而且很乾凈，雖然一客一清，住兩天也無法免費給打掃房間，但是會把拖鞋、毛巾、垃圾桶等都備了兩份，這一點很意外。還給準備了雨傘、三頭充電線等日常用品，房主想的真的是很周全。地理位置也很好，樓下就是地鐵口，過個交通崗就可以到萬象城，沒走多遠就是廣場，去哪裡都很方便。

位置挺好的，就在五四廣場邊上，樓下就是地鐵站，很方便，房間也挺大的，床後面一塊屏風把窗户擋住不好，不過不擋也就一點點窗户，沒有很好的視野，房間白天也要開着燈，還有就是不同於酒店，浴巾毛巾這些沒有天天換，其他都還好

位置還好，房間太暗，一進去一股味道，不通風，窗簾衹能拉一小半，光有個廚房，啥都沒有，基本的礦泉水都沒有！房間的時鐘秒針轉動睡覺很吵，房價貴了！

房間很乾凈很大，完全不擔心行李箱沒地方放。冰箱微波爐電視投屏等配套設施齊全，就是窗户有一丟丟小，中途沒有免費房間打掃，女生還好住的時間短也比較乾淨無所謂的。房東小姐姐很耐心幫我解決問題。周圍交通便利，地鐵站就在門口，從圖二大門進去左手扶梯上二樓就是酒店大堂，可以寄存行李。大堂旁邊就是ministop便利店。這個價格有這麼大的房間真的太實惠了！

強推強推，去年來的時候住這，今年我又回來啦，地理位置沒的説，床也很大很舒服，房東特別熱情，我自己的問題鬧了個小烏龍，房東完美解決，必須好評，兒子在屋裡玩的都不走了，明年還會繼續入住😀

冬天來青島還是不要選擇這家民宿了，空調運行不起來，整晚温度上不了20度，凍得瑟瑟發抖，熱水放半天放不出來，洗刷用的涼水，體驗太差了，本來是出來度假享受的，這純在這受罪，還有入住很麻煩，需要轉三個電梯才找到房間，廁所裏的沐浴露盒是空的，太要命了。

房子就在地鐵站出口，很方便。三位媽媽帶三個幼兒小朋友，真的很不錯，出行方便，樓下就有便利商店，有美食廣場，對面就是萬象城。吃住行都很便利。房東回覆很及時，有問題找房東幫忙，第一時間幫忙解決👍 已推薦給朋友，下次去青島，一定還會再住

房間很大，很適合親子家庭居住。能夠睡得很開，兩米大的床可以隨意翻滾。但是空調對着睡覺的人吹，小孩還感冒發燒🤒了。。一進房間一股發黴的味道，開了好一會兒空調，稍微好一點。窗户很小，不透風，全靠空調頂着。整個房子裝修是黑色的基調，裏面有好幾麪鏡子，用手指頭試了一下，很害怕是監測鏡（可能是我的心理作用）。衞生間的衞生不太好。。樓下前台就相當於是個中介，轉遞一下房卡，房東是聯繫不到的。。前台可以寄存行李，這一點倒是挺好的。

端午節全家一起出行來青島玩，好開心遇到這家民宿。位置太好了，樓下有711和便利蜂，對面就是萬象城，走幾步是五四廣場，離景點都很近，打車地鐵也方便。房東積極溝通，兩張床很大家人睡得很舒服，大小電梯也很好玩，比這片的酒店比劃算不要太多！
