萬分滿意 本來以為民宿衞生情況會不好 結果去了房子收拾的非常乾淨 老闆人也超nice 老闆就住樓下 房子很大 我訂的兩室的 小高層 得房率高 比住酒店寬敞多了 有廚房 還能做飯 客廳開間也很大 就跟住在家裡一樣 房子位置也好 門口就有地鐵站 離市南地鐵幾站路 老闆有倆固定車位 開車進過海隧道也就幾分鐘 小區門口的沿街商鋪水果店飯店燒烤店超市啥都有 離金沙灘也很近 雖然我沒去 怕人多 每天就開車帶着娃去唐島灣、顧家村碼頭、董家河村、魚鳴嘴、連三島趕海 開車去團島農貿市場也很近 過個隧道就到了 小區門口還看到有租電動車的 如果沒開車來 租個電動車到處溜達也不錯 太愛青島了 以後來青島還訂這家 房子照片沒顧上拍 哈哈

房間非常棒，小區環境特別好，跟公園一樣。房東服務熱情周到，小區門口飯店超市全有，特別方便，去金沙灘也很近，幾分鐘就到了，門口還能租電瓶車，去海邊溜達特別好。房子離地鐵很近，出行也很方便。
