設施：沒有窗户，房間比較悶，開空調需要另外付錢，然後廁所男女同用一個洗浴間和廁所，其實有點臟，然後洗漱台有點過道窄小。 衞生：除了搬進來那天，我都是自給自足，自己丟垃圾，自己拖地。也挺好的。畢竟價位在這裏。每天洗了衣服，老闆娘還會幫我掛出去曬太陽。挺熱心。 環境：環境如圖。 服務：這個價格，反正就是走道有監控，進出入安全就很好了，謝謝老闆幫我上下樓搬行李。老闆很善良，還養了一貓一狗。

我是來上課住了幾天，老闆人特別好，房間也很乾凈，廁所也是每天有人打掃，無異味。房間挺好，乾淨整潔，離台東步行街很近，買吃的特別方便 ，邊上就是消防隊，感覺很安全。

1分都不想給 環境差死了 給商家打電話態度還差死 就這還能拿5分 都是自己人刷的吧 真垃圾 商家態度就差罵你了 就這還能開旅館 要不了多久就倒閉了 房間特別特別臟 第二天起來身上還癢 床都跟沒洗一樣 臟死了 都別來住

性價比很高了，老闆人很熱情，便宜實惠，而且還床不小，衞生還不錯，沒有異味，還有大電視，還有地理位置好，步行就到台東步行街了，比我預想的要好很多，衹不過是公共浴室，沒有窗户其他的都還不錯
