房間設施比較舊，淋雨花灑還是壞的，後來找前台更換了花灑。房門鎖老舊，要用很大勁才能關上，不然就滴滴報警。
衞生打掃也不行，房間很多小飛蟲，插上酒店的滅蚊液也沒用，還是往人腿上叮。
週末住一晚，第二天11點回房間，就刷不開房卡了，還沒有到12點退房時間，就把房卡禁用。跑去前台兩次，才把房卡重置好，問前台沒到退房時間為什麼把房卡取消，她也不回答。
酒店除了靠近火車站，一無是處。
