姐妹們，真的很舒服，提前的預訂的，管家也非常貼心的的接待，雖然沒有見到本人，通過電話微信聯繫，服務態度也很好。距離海邊真的很近，而且可以自己煮飯，女生窩在沙發上看電影，男朋友在廚房煮好吃的。早上早起可以溜達着去海邊看日出，就是5月份的海邊有點冷，但是也不影響看到海的心情。

當天晚上到的，房東熱情回覆我們，發訊息也是及時回覆，這個是離海邊沙灘最近，走路三分鐘就到了,本來打算做飯吃，哈哈，結果到了小區，門口都是小吃街,就直接在旁邊吃了，屋子很大，我們是兩家一起去玩，屋裡也特別乾淨，這幾天去正好碰到了好天氣，不是很熱,感謝房東，下次還會來！

位置在一個海邊的住宅小區裏，三室一廳的套間。適合家庭出遊，位置離金沙灘很近，步行3分鐘就到海邊，就是五一假期價格有點小貴。
小區裏停車收費，一天30元封頂，旺季車位不好找。
樓房是低層住宅樓，沒有電梯。

民宿特別好，四張床都特別大，
管家很敬業，回覆特別快。
設施齊全，有冰箱洗衣機鍋碗瓢盆，老闆有家飯館，做的紅魚特別好吃。

入住的真實感受，強烈推薦給想要來看海的友們!
1、離沙灘近，出門十分鐘能走到海邊，衹要天晴驚喜滿滿。
2、民宿很乾凈，很敞亮，無異味，-家人過來旅遊居住很合適（爸媽很滿意，還要求多住了一晚呢
3、這周圍多是海鮮，海鮮很便宜，中餐比較貴，四川的朋友們不建議吃魚香肉絲了吃到你懷疑人生。

兩個卧室，還有三個空調（客廳沙發旁一個）在海邊住屋裡也能一點也不冷暖暖的。最重要是能看見海挺美的，走幾步就是金沙灘！

房東人很好，説是淡季給免費升級了海景二居室三張床的房間，體驗了一下，真的很棒，房東很用心，有什麼不懂的問了很快給解答了，還給發的攻略，距離沙灘走路三四分鐘，房間還有鍋具可以自己做飯，淡季出來玩性價比真高
