I had an exceptional experience during my six-night stay at this five-star hotel, and I especially commend Manager Lee for his outstanding service. His professionalism, attention to details made our stay truly memorable. He makes us feel genuinely welcome and valued. The housekeeping service was equally impressive. They were attentive to our needs and even added bed rails to ensure our child’s safety, which was a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the personalized care, exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Manager Lee and the fantastic team, we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking impeccable service, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by many aspects of our experience. The room is very spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need—except, perhaps, a teapot for brewing tea. However, the complimentary drinks in the fridge more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
Every day, the hotel staff surprised us with a small gift, making us feel genuinely warm and welcomed. During our stay, we were delighted by the gorgeous Christmas decorations that added a festive touch to the ambiance.
While the location may not be ideal for those relying on the metro, the hotel provides a convenient pickup service from the station. Additionally, there are bus stops nearby, allowing easy access to the town center within 20 minutes.
The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide range of both Western and Chinese dishes, including hot plates, cold plates, and even desserts. It took us three days to try all the delicious options available.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its excellent service. The staff are incredibly polite and proactive in addressing any needs you might have. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Lots of choices for breakfast. My mum asked if they had celery juice for breakfast, the staff said they didn’t have it but informed the kitchen to make one for her. My mum told the cleaner the shower room door was very tight and they fixed it the next day. We found cut fruit plate, cookies, soft toys when back to the hotel. We enjoyed our 5 day stay.

The hotel was a great choice! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Check in and check out is speedy. The staff is very respectful and friendly! The room is spacious and the bed is like a cloud. Breakfast is rich and there are many different varieties of both Western and Chinese cuisine. There is a beach across the street.
I traveled with a baby and they brought her free toys every single day to make sure she had something new to play with each day.
Thank you, Seaview Garden Hotel! I hope to stay again!
