1.交通及其不便，位置相當偏僻，除非你在物流園工作或出差，否則別選這家；
2.設備老舊，燈都壞掉了，衞生條件較差，房間牆壁很臟
3.外面全都是大車，晚上睡覺挺吵的
4.旁邊就是便利店，臨時買個水和麪包還比較方便
