Beyond convenient location (right at May 4th Square) - metro stop right outside, large Mixc mall a short walk down the street, and the ocean just on the other side. We had a clean and large room with a great shower, and it also included a washing machine which is super convenient for travelers planning to stay there for a while. There's a 7/11 next to the lobby, so you can easily grab snacks or anything you might need for your trip. Overall, this is an excellent and affordable option when visiting Qingdao that I definitely recommend.

The hotel staff has been helpful in ensuring our stay is comfortable. They provided much help when we were booking tours using WeChat especially when we don't have a local number. For staff bought on Tao Bao, we are also able to deliver to our hotel to safe guard. Staff also recommended places to go and eat.

Location is close to Train station. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast food is not hot enough.

I recently stayed at Housing International Hotel in Qingdao and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions and enjoy the beautiful seaside views. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
Overall, Housing International Hotel exceeded my expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Qingdao.
