挑了半天選了這家，價格適中位置真的很優越，離金沙灘很近，步行幾分鐘就到啦，房間也很乾凈整潔，老闆人真的很不錯，熱情推薦旅遊路線，整體好評！

Хорошее расположение относительно “Golden Beach”. Внимательный хозяин. Позднее прибытие в 23:30 из-за задержки рейса, ждал и всё время был на связи несмотря на языковой барьер. В апартаменте есть всё необходимое. Отличный вид из окна. По прибытии ждал небольшой подарок со знаменитым пиво из Циндао.

很好，房間很大，離着海邊很近，附近吃住行都很方便哦，和在家差不多，讓人很舒心，感覺整個小區差不多都是這種臨時旅遊的租客，小區裏停車一天30，可以停到樓道口，很方便，總體推薦。

設施：房間非常陳舊，淋浴頭掛件都是壞的
衞生：衞生極差，花了七八百住的民宿，連正常的洗髮水沐浴液都沒有你敢信？？？？驚呆我了，提供的拖鞋沒有拍照，全是臟兮兮別人不知道踩了多久的破鞋子，白色的床單洗灰了，根本不敢睡，衹能拿自己一次性四件套湊合住下，體驗太差了！
環境：環境沒有圖片中的乾淨，總之就是坑，千萬千萬不要住民宿，提前住酒店，青島的民宿除了坑沒別的
服務：環境衞生不夠服務來湊，這個樓特別難找定個外賣騎手壓根找不到這個樓，所以到青島的時候是房東自己來接的，除此沒別的了，原本定了兩天，因為海邊封了，不讓下海，所以想把另一天的退了去其他地方住，微信聯繫房東被拒，被告知一旦訂購不了退訂，又聯繫攜程客服，客服介入給退了房，退房後房東又説當時沒看清楚……總之體驗非常差！！

房子乾淨整潔，很寬敞，有地方給我練瑜伽，很棒！房東很熱情，到的時候去門口接，走的時候過來送，因為沒帶拖鞋，房東還幫忙提前買了拖鞋，服務周到！換好泳衣走路去海邊，很舒服！
沒有特別拍房子的照片，就留我練習瑜伽的照片吧！除了衞生間有點味道，其他都很好！ 房東説要改進，希望下次去的時候已經改好了 😉

房間設施齊全，老闆人很好，很熱情，我們有東西落在那裡了，他不厭其煩的幫忙尋找，找到後給我們最實惠的價格快遞到家，真的非常感謝！公寓離金沙灘很近，走走五分鐘，非常適合帶小孩的家庭，不需要走太多的路。
