Terrible experience. I booked a room and had to cancel for personal reasons, but the hotel refused to give me a refund. When I returned the next day, they tried to charge me more than double for the exact same room I had already paid for. The staff was unhelpful, didn’t understand the situation, and offered no solution. The hotel itself is in very bad condition, overcrowded, and noisy. Avoid this place — there are far better options in Qingdao.

The sea view room is actually just a window. The curtains are broken, the bathroom countertop is black, and the furniture has a large piece of paint peeling off. It looks disgusting. The first day I was completely put off by the living environment. The second day I decisively changed rooms and asked if I could delay check-out. They actually said that if I gave a good review, I could delay it by 1 hour. I decisively refused. You can see for yourself. I really despised it for 500 yuan.
