Very near to the metro station. Stuffs are very kind and room are cleaned well everyday. Recommended hotel.

Great location and service, clean hotel clean room and nice environment

Old-fashioned luxury hotel. Very difficult to change the AC temperature which meant it was way too hot in the room. Breakfast is plenty and good quality. I will not book again, though.

The hotel is good and the only thing we were unhappy about was the shower and the gym facility. Shower: it is one of these handheld taps and no matter what we tried we could not position the handle correctly on the clamp. Gymnasium: No one was there, A/C not on, no water and no towels

The hotel is a bit dated, and the facilities were average. The pool area was a bit old and required everyone to wear a swimming cap, though it's pointless. The sauna in the women's area was broken and I was a bit disappointed about that. The service and staff we very nice, but other than the front desk workers, the staff did not really speak English(which is fine, since my partner and I speak Chinese, but it is something to note if you are a tourist who does not speak Chinese). The room itself was average, I think we paid a bit more than it was worth, but the location was worth it(walking distance to the water and lots of many good restaurants and cafes). The room was a nonsmoking room, but yet it smelled like smoke even after the staff had cleaned it. Smoke smell seems to be imbedded into the sheets or walls. The bathroom was nice and clean.

Our stay at the Regency hotel was pretty good. The staff was mostly helpful and kind. The front desk was quick to check us in and very helpful with any inquiries we had.They accommodated to our needs to their best capacity. The breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of options, however, a little repetitive. The hotel is a little old, and parts of the building look old/not taken care of. The indoor pool is more for exercise and the staff of the pool seemed very rude about us trying to take a dip. The rooms are dated and could be a little cleaner, but were taken care of every day. The location is fantastic, close to loads of restaurants and the beach.

Great hotel, recommend

So the place is just near to most of the attractions,May Fourth Square etc..There are restaurants near by. There’s a sub~way station which is a walking distance to the hotel very convenient. The service is good,receptionists can speak English.All good 😊 The hotel exceeded my expectations,the interior of the lobby is quite nice 👌.
