Thanks for the rood upgrade Luka 😌👊 Had a great time in here. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Hotel managers were good at Eng so I had no problem communicating with them. Also, I had sent them to confirm my reservation twice via email and they replied kindly.

It was my first time staying at The Holiday Inn, and it was such a pleasure. My friend and I went to Qingdao for her birthday. I contacted the hotel via trip.com to ask if they can prepare a small cake for my friend for when we arrive as a surprise. I also mentioned that I would pay extra for the cake.The manager, Davis, called me within a few minutes and confirmed my request free of charge. They made the weekend very special. I want to thank all staff at the Holiday Inn for their friendliness and help. I want to give a special thanks to Davis, the manager who made the weekend extra special. All staff speak English. The rooms were immaculate. I can't fault anything. The Holiday Inn is definitely my go-to hotel when I visit Qingdao again.
