Hotel aircon did not work properly. Hotel duty manager informed me it has been repaired when it was not. The disappointing stay. Not recommended at all. There are better places to stay in Qingdao.

If you're looking for a nice place to escape the world, this is the hotel to be. The location it's in provides easy access to a lot of different activities as well as providing it's own amenities to enjoy.

We were there for my wife birthday, the location was amazing and most of things were great ( we had a minor problems with bed and pillow) but the rest of things were wonderful. front desk staff were very kind and helpful.they sent a beautiful cake along with nice message to our room from hotel management and made a memorable moment for us.
The hotel breakfast was perfect as well ,western and Chinese food were available.we recommend this hotel to our friends.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAYED AT THIS HOTEL DURING MY VISIT TO QINGDAO, UPON CHECK-IN ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. FRONT DESK CLERK HEIDI HU IN PARTICULAR WAS GREAT, GAVE CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND EXPLANATION OF THE HOTEL AND SURROUNDING AREAS. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY DURING YOUR VISIT.

Nice location and delicious breakfast, but the airconditioning is a problem. Very outdated and is centrally controlled and cannot change the temperature in the room
