酒店位置比較便利，出門就是海信廣場和奧帆中心。入住的時候有旅行團集體辦理，很擔心房間近會比較吵休息不好，但前台小姐姐給了個套房，房間比較大而且可以看到奧帆的燈光秀，很感謝她🫶房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，anja服務熱情周到。早餐品類豐富，性價比比較高，唯一就是設施稍微有點點陳舊，比不上剛開業的新酒店，不過還好啦～

趕上IHG閃促來刷個房晚，客觀的説，the stay was worth the payment，沒有驚喜也沒有失望。
酒店地處奧帆中心，下樓就是海邊，走不遠就是情人壩，看海景再好不過。五四廣場也是步行可達，沿路可以飽覽海景。
設施：真的太古老了，大到地毯小到開關，感覺穿越到了曾經的國營招待所。雖然大多數時候都住皇冠，但是這家洲際比我住過的最老的皇冠都要老。建議酒店將翻新提上日程，分棟分樓層分批更新。
衞生：地毯沙發可能因為用的太久了，感覺上面的痕跡污漬已經固化，淋浴地漏和馬桶裏麪都可以看到類似水漬的污垢。建議酒店淡季做一些深度清潔。
環境：用攜程權益升級到了B棟海景房，這邊的海景不是全海景，衹能透過窗户向側面遠眺。另外樓下有個風機一樣的設備，白天都在響，聲音比較大。建議酒店在預訂頁面海景房一項裏備註清楚。
服務：個人感覺酒店的服務沒有好多評論裏提到的那麼cold，反而處處流露着山東人的熱情好客。特別是昨天幫我搬行李還有晚上幫我送暖器的禮賓男孩，還有早餐餐廳的領班女孩，都挺温暖的。可以説這邊服務是中規中矩，管理嚴格且專業度很高。

地理位置簡直是C位！步行五分鐘到地鐵站，樓下就是商圈和美食街，出行購物超方便。早餐更是封神，中西合璧種類超多，現煮餛飩和法式可頌味道絕了，吃到扶牆出，anja服務很好，性價比超高！

找對酒店太重要了！房間隔音效果堪比錄音棚，關窗後完全聽不到外界噪音，床品軟得像陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠到天亮。anja服務很好，還贈送了水果，懶人福音無疑。浴室鏡帶防霧功能，連吹風機都是大牌，品質感拉滿，強烈推薦！

房間的辦公配置特別到位，寬大的書桌搭配舒適座椅，燈光亮度也適合長時間處理文件，網絡穩定流暢，開網上會議全程無卡頓。mini bar是意外驚喜，膠囊咖啡機、多款飲品和小食齊全，加班間隙沖杯咖啡提神，補充服務也很及時，細節感拉滿。

酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務好的沒話説，熱情效率高，基本有求必應，主要是房價優惠，停車不收費。這次中秋節，Vicky臨走時還贈送了月餅，酒店很有人情味。酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生。

青島最喜歡的海景酒店，性價比其實是非常高的，特別推薦。景色太美，親海，高度正好，白色的帆船⛵️開進開出，非常愜意。服務，床品都特別好。酒店周圍交通、景點、餐飲、咖啡酒吧都很豐富。雖然不巧趕上下大雨，但是天氣不好的時候，景色好的酒店就更重要了～躺在落地窗邊看雨中的海景，聽着音樂，完美彌補了天氣。行政海景房是景色最好的，大家預訂的時候可以注意一下～
