It’s very convenient from the beach. It’s very convenient for kids with reefs to catch small crabs. The most beautiful thing is the view from the small courtyard to the sea! It's a little damp by the sea🤣

外部環境：民宿在海邊棧道上坡，離海非常近，有一個小門可以通往，但是會有時間限制，大約每天10點至6點（跟隨民宿前台上下班時間）不過這個小門其實非常矮，大膽點一翻就過去了😉內部環境：訂的全海景房，房間很乾凈，香薰味道很舒服，能看到圖二所示的大海，綜合來説挺滿意的。服務：1.吹風機建議換個新的，很傷入住體驗，風力非常小，很難吹乾頭髮，且衹有熱風……2.建議按照入住天數，在房間裏備上多幾瓶礦泉水，前台每天6點下班以後，民宿就沒服務人員了，想喝水了一時半會兒都不知道上哪買……3.我是當天晚上11點入住的，來之前不知道前台沒有服務人員，好在通過去哪兒預留電話打通了，不敢想象萬一打不通我這一晚上該咋整。建議後續如果有客人有預訂，但是在工作人員下班前沒入住的，提前電話或者短訊聯繫一下，給個入住指南（如何開大門）及房間密碼……

出門就是海，喜歡安靜純度假可以選擇這裏，負責管理的兩位大姐都很熱情，裏面有咖啡廳可以點咖啡飲料，小食拼盤非常不錯。附近沒有超市，入住之前記得要把需要的物品購齊哦。
有機會到青島還是會選擇住在這裏。

本來挺漂亮的小院，院裏打掃的也蠻乾淨，但是樓裏有餐廳，沒見幾個人吃飯回房間樓道里卻滿是老油煙味兒，且住進來是不要期待有什麼服務的，天不黑小院的門就鎖了所以就不能從小院直達海邊需要繞行，但是卻沒有人告知你會鎖門也不會見到店主和服務人員在哪裡，天黑了院裏一盞燈都沒有，黑不隆咚滿院也沒個人，沒有飲用水喝也找不到人，第二天要水還是限量的，一千起的民宿喝個水還限量真是第一次遇到，本來來青島的體驗感就不怎麼好，這家民宿更讓我見識了“好客山東”的另一面，我估計店主也不指望這個民宿賺錢，話不多説願意砸錢的就儘管入住吧！

位置很好，挨着太平角公園，邊上就是海邊棧道，早晨有小路直接到沒人海邊痛快玩，房間內設施齊全，我們兩個大人帶着兩個孩子住，完全沒問題，窗邊就能看到海，小院裏到處都是景，給孩子們拍拍拍

非常不推薦，沒有任何服務可言，他衹是給你一個房間，衞生紙你不給打電話絕對不會添，大半夜自己回來點外賣買衞生紙，浴巾也不給換，床上用品也不換，早上去退房遇到一個阿姨，阿姨自己也説服務太差了，他們甚至連瓶裝水都沒有，非常不推薦去

因為我們這次是帶着狗子自駕出行，所以預訂的時候，看到平台上明確説明瞭這裡是寵物友好。就選擇了這裏，並且連住兩晚。
到店辦理入住的時候，因為我們帶了兩衹狗子，所以老闆提到加收寵物清潔費200，這個ok，我們長期帶寵物出行，自然明白一些酒店民宿會有這部分費用。第二天早晨，老闆就直接改口説清潔費按天算，兩天就要付兩倍，而且馬上就要收錢。那麼，請問我連住兩天，你是每天都來把房間打掃恢復成我入住之前的樣子嗎，況且，第二天沒有任何保潔人員來過房間，也沒有工作人員詢問是否需要保潔，是否需要換毛巾，放飲用水等基本服務。反而讓我為沒有發生的服務買單，淡季生意差我理解，但是你的房價就算在淡季，同等民宿對比也不低呀，我們預訂的時候就是想要住的舒服一些，並不是在乎這兩百塊錢的清潔費。即便這樣不能坐地起價，出來搶錢吧。
所以我們直接聯繫了攜程平台，想要提前退房。這裏真的要説，攜程平台客服的處理效率真的很高，值得表揚！
當客服介入並且得知我們要退房的時候，老闆直接改口了，我們對於這種情況真心哭笑不得，最終客服還是協調我們繼續按原計劃住了兩晚，然而好心情全然沒有了。
所以服務這塊如果能夠，我希望是零分。
然後，關於環境，我們入住的時候衹有我們一間房有住客，其他都空房。民宿一直都在施工，一大早就發出叮叮咚咚的聲音還有電鑽和鎚子敲打東西的聲音，並且還有粉刷油漆的油漆味。
所以我想説，這種維修施工期間都不停業的老闆，真的是想錢想瘋了。
希望在你的精打細算之下，生意越來越好吧！

就在八大關景區旁邊。面朝大海，春暖花開，庭院裏就有路可以下到海邊棧道，非常適合拍照。自帶咖啡館，適合點上一杯咖啡坐在庭院裏，欣賞海景，與朋友聊天。美中不足是吃飯不方便，如果住店的話可以點外賣。
