I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The lady at the front desk is very nice and even helps me bring my laundry.

説實話，第一次這麼想寫個評論，一個這麼大規模的酒店，有這種經歷真的還挺意外的，一直以為全季的服務和環境都應該全是同行業比較靠前的，結果沒想到入住的時候，已經預約上了，到店以後先是説房間沒有了，需要等，在打掃，需要等二三十分鐘，二三十分鐘之後過來説可以辦理入住，讓我去前台辦理入住訊息，這時候前台姑娘説你可以掃一下我們酒店這個碼，方便你吃早餐，我就説不掃行不行？這時候旁邊的一個人貌似應該是值班經理的人説，你掃行了，掃完了方便你入住，我就很奇怪，之前住酒店也沒説非要掃碼才能入住，就問她不掃不能辦理嗎？前台小姑娘小聲説，也行，這時候旁邊那個搭話的又説你就掃一下關注就行了，方便你辦理入住，她一直在旁邊叨叨我就有點不耐煩了，我又問了一遍，不掃辦理不了入住嗎？別的店怎麼從來也沒要求非要掃碼登錄會員？！和我同行的朋友看她我有點不高興趕忙制止她讓她別再説了，我就想趕緊辦理入住，也是很不舒服的點完關注才辦理了入住，還在商量給我們那個房間。本想到了房間應該不會太差，結果萬萬沒想到，剛進房間一種緊湊的壓抑感，這還不算什麼，去廁所的時候，門把手差點掉下來！簡直了，住過最差的全季，沒有之一！
