服務：前台小姐姐人善心美，温柔可人。
設施：設施陳舊，房間門和窗都不隔音。晚上有車開過聽得很清楚。
環境：整體裝修格調沉重壓抑，房間比較小。
衞生：保潔大姐很勤勞，一大早六點鐘就在樓道內幹活了。不過房間隔音差，大姐一直在説話，吵得讓人崩潰。
