一次糟糕的入住，首先位置不明確 到地方了之後看不到一個服務人員 聯繫了客服之後告知我走錯了，態度很差 等到前台下來之後告訴我是智能辦理入住，其實也就是遠程操控你辦理 而且辦理不了 前台親自辦理花了十分鐘左右 拿到房卡之後又打不開門 完了第二天退房的時候前台遠程操控退房 花了十分鐘退不了 又跑下來辦推理 前後花了15分鐘。 我覺得他們酒店的智能辦理應該改為zhi zhang

沒有瓶裝礦泉水，是小飲水機。衞生間一開門一股臭味，不知道是下水道還是馬桶的味道，角落臟臟的。洗手池也不乾淨。電腦鍵盤全是灰，耳機都快爛完了，鼠標墊也是破的。地上還有留下來的瓜子殼。

房間設備一般 服務還可以 五人間就一個插孔 吹風機吹一會就沒風了 還要再等一會才有風 估計是設備太差 電腦也有點差 還有花灑水太小了

房間整體來説還不錯，就是可能因為是電競酒店，所以房屋內的空氣質量不太好，煙味比較大，其他方面都還好，設施比較齊全

電腦配置可以，遊戲少，沒有及時更新，網速太慢，最高2mb/s，五黑房是4張床，床墊是硬的，個人很喜歡，房間內有飲水機，就是水稍微有點少，最不喜歡的地方就是，整個房間除了衞生間和飲水機處各有一個插座，其他地方都沒有，手機什麼的都沒辦法充電，這個是有點太不合理了，就算沒有多餘插座，建議商家能在房間裏備個插排，方便充電。
