I’ve recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hanting Hotel near the Qingdao Haier Road International Convention and Exhibition Center, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From its convenient location to its warm hospitality, the hotel truly is pleasant and price is very nice
First and foremost, the location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events or conferences at the nearby convention center. Being just a short walk away, it saved me a lot of travel time and allowed me to focus more on my work commitments. Additionally, the hotel is well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to explore other parts of Qingdao.
The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The lobby, hallways, and rooms were all well maintained. My room was spotless, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom, which made my stay all the more comfortable. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

On the first day I checked in, the lady at the front desk felt that the service was really mediocre. She didn't have a smile and was not proactive in solving problems. The next day, she changed to a store manager or a manager who had a better attitude. At least she had a sense of service. But it's a pity that the location, environment and room type of this hotel are... It's really unacceptable. The facilities are simple and the inner windows are very depressing. The location is also very tiring and a bit far away from the subway station. Moreover, the hotel has to take the stairs from the bottom to the second floor. All in all, it's hard to describe everything. The price is too expensive. It’s really not cost-effective. I applied to check out for one night one day in advance, but the front desk said that she couldn’t operate it and had to find the platform blabla. She also said that money might be deducted. Finally, I called Ctrip customer service twice to solve the problem. The service was really bad. Who would come anyway? Who steps on the trap to avoid lightning?

Not satisfied with hotel security. All personnel cannot enter and exit through the front service desk. Many other areas are open to the public. Miscellaneous personnel can enter and exit at will without any safety guarantee.

After staying in so many hotels, this is the first time I leave a review. I feel I have to complain about it. The hygiene is so bad. I didn’t pay attention when I checked in. After washing my face in the morning, there was still hair under the towel. You know the kind, the switch of the bathroom? There were also hairs on it. The picture was too disgusting, so I didn’t post it. After I reported it to the front desk, I didn’t get a clear answer. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t bother with them. I hope my friends will decisively avoid pitfalls.
