Hanting Hotel (Qingdao Railway Station East Square) Reviews

It took me a while to find the hotel - the signage was not in English and noone seemed to know where it is. I should have trusted Google maps as they had it right. It's straight up the hill from the railway station, just past the entrance to Silverfish Street, on the corner. Check in was easy but no English spoken - translate on their phone made this not a problem. The room was clean,reasonably spacious,with a soft bed and smallish desk- totally adequate. Internet was fine. Thankfully I was only on the second floor as there is no lift. Fresh water and towels every day.

The room is clean and hygienic, and it is convenient to travel.

The room is poor, room is not same as my booking, Location is very good can walk to the train station, a lot of restaurant is nearby. a lot of mini-mart is nearby. I think we can find other hotel nearby and have better quality.

Walking distance to Qingdao metro and railway station. Very convenient to go scenic area. Adequate room size. No hot water provided for shower in the early morning ard 4-5am.

Great hotel with some nice characters. A receptionist let me check-in even in 9 am. Room is clean with good space and, of course, A/C. Tasty breakfast. Washing machine/Drier is very helpful for mid-long travellers like me.

Very smelly room and quite dirty

The front desk was very friendly. They showed me several room types and gave me priority in checking in. They were not impatient at all. It is very close to Qingdao Station and I arrived there in less than five minutes. Facilities: Yes Sanitation: Yes Environment: Yes Service: Good

Too bad, unbearable, 629 yuan for such an environment. 1. The room is very small, less than 8 square meters, two beds are full, not to mention the wardrobe, a few hangers are given, clothes can only be posted on the wall. 2. The so-called family room, a big bed and a small bed, the big bed is only a palm width larger than the small bed. 3. The room smells very bad, the roof is mottled and moldy, it is really unbearable. 4. The bathroom is a mobile house, stacked in the room, the bathroom door is difficult to open and close, squeaks. 5. The sound insulation is very poor, and you can hear clearly when walking in the corridor. In short, it is really a disgrace to Hanting, and it is extremely embarrassing.

Because I had no place to stay in the afternoon, I booked an hourly room here to rest before catching the train at night. The location is very good, about a five-minute walk to the entrance, and the Public Security Bureau is opposite. The room is indeed a bit small.

Overall it's ok. The bathroom shower is very useful.

The most abstract Hanting I've ever stayed in. When I first entered the room, I looked at the towel and saw yellow unknown stains that made me feel dizzy. I almost used it, so I asked the front desk to change it. There were more or less unknown stains on the bath towel and the towel (like vomit or wiping after a big bowel movement, I don't know, I'm just guessing). Then look at the light button in the bathroom, what is on it...? ? Can't the cleaning staff see it? The towel with a large piece of unknown stains was really almost used to wipe my face
