説實話，酒店硬件方面沒啥大問題，房間夠大，床夠大，確實也乾淨。
就是處理問題的方式我不太理解，晚上十點多隔壁房間孩子太吵，打電話給前台讓提醒一下小聲一點，得到的答覆竟然是讓我們換房？？
再一個就是住在六樓早晨樓上餐廳開餐之後拉動凳子的聲音着實不小。

有一説一，衞生和設施情況都挺好的，喆啡是性價比很高的品牌。但是以前住過的喆啡房間都會配咖啡包，這家沒有。前一晚我們下去還問了下有沒有，以為是每個城市不一樣。回覆説是沒有，第二天下來有現做的。但是第二天退房直接讓走了，也沒人主動提供。相信很多人都一樣，張口要會不好意思。這一點可以節省很多成本。

酒店的裝修風格獨特而優雅 讓人感覺非常舒適和放鬆 每一個細節彰顯了酒店的品味和品質 咖啡是對在住客人免費的 所以我就要了一杯 辦入住時前台小姐姐還幫我升了一個房型 前台小姐姐很有耐心 我忘帶身份證了 引導我掃碼刷人臉 上樓了一看 房間確實很大 採光好 明亮而且舒適 房間設施一應俱全就很有家的味道 晚上半夜起來給前台打電話 又要送吃的又送喝的 前台也沒有煩 立馬讓機器人上來送 退房的時候因為睡大了酒店還給我延遲了一小時 屬實感動了 我對這家酒店的住宿體驗非常滿意 從入住到退房 一切都很順利 酒店性價比高 下次還來 強烈推薦給所有的朋友！（補一點 我看之前都反應沒有機器人 結果酒店人家立馬就安排了 真的好評 把客人的需求放在心上 好酒店！）
環境：非常乾淨，非常適宜 住起來舒心
服務：前台熱情主動，專業性高。客房服務人員也很熱情親切 動作麻利
衞生：房間裏很乾凈 床墊舒服 沒有灰塵 床單被罩很新 網絡快 辦公方便
設施：設施齊全 七樓有健身室 四樓有洗衣房 一樓有機器人

晚上叫了外賣，外賣員説放前台，我跟前台説幫我拿到房間，前台服務員用非常惡劣的語氣説“如果每個客人都跟你一樣讓我拿外賣，那我還幹什麼”拿到房間後説“下次你自己拿！”這個服務讓我開了眼界了！拋開外賣這個事情本身不説，這是作為一個服務人員該對客人説話的態度嗎！所以有這樣的服務員，酒店環境怎麼會好，房間裏地上有煙盒，毛巾劣質，屋裡有黴味，跟在別的城市住的喆啡環境服務都差太遠！

酒店整體是很乾凈的，前台小姐姐還幫我們升了房，空間很大，裝修也可以，是住過酒店算不錯的了。不過有幾點小意見想提一下，不準外賣員上樓很好，但是前台也不給送，要自己下樓拿，我是連續住了兩天，但是衹要出一次門，門卡就失效了進不去房間，又得跑下樓重新去前台激活，如果人員不夠的話，弄個機器人送外賣會比較好。這次還有一個讓人不開心的地方，也許跟酒店本身無關，酒店所在的停車場是居然之家管轄的，早晨8點，停車場大爺就給我打電話挪車，我們在停車前確認好了不會擋任何車任何人，老公去挪車下樓晚了一會，大爺又打了個電話催，並且語氣態度極其不好，下樓一看我們確實沒擋任何，就因為超出了停車位的線一點點，並且那個停車線已經非常非常淺了，白天不仔細看都不容易注意到更別提晚上，停車線畫的也不和旁邊車一樣齊平，就因為大爺説給騎電動車的人留空，問題是我們停的位置，騎電動車也完全能通過！第一次住酒店有這麼多感受，也是第一次打字評價。
