老城區了，本來也沒對衞生報多大的希望，給了1間房，電視不好使，換了一間，窗户還沒我人寬，整個房間非常暗，也懶得再換了，後原來定了3天。又續了3天，有事要提前1天離開，前台非常好溝通，下樓梯的時候我們一家三樓，又大包小包的拿着東西，碰到一個裝修工帶着梯子，上不來了，我們就説等下趟吧，還往電梯裏走，那個梯子那麼臟都碰到我們袋子上了，讓他別往上走了，還罵罵咧咧的

專門捨近求遠跑去住，就為了有暖氣不冷，去到發現，網上還顯示有地暖，辦理入住前手續專門問的，前台也説有地暖，其實根本沒有，還説有暖氣因為房間大所以不明顯，地板都是冰涼的，一晚上都沒怎麼睡着，凍感冒了，大過年的天天打噴嚏流鼻涕，服了！

房間比較小，攜程的免費升房也沒有安排，衞生間剛入住的時候有一股狐臭味，房間裏還有煙味，開了40分鐘空調才稍微好些，電視打不開，總之和我在無錫住的如家差別太大，説實話有些失望
