和我朋友兩個人入住，昨天晚上睡覺之前門鎖好了，卧房的燈全部關了，十二點多入睡，第二天早上一點五十七分，第一次聽到疑似撬門的聲音，聲音很小很小心，因為當時衹有自己一個人處於清醒狀態，不太敢確定，但是當時睡意全無，害怕極了，從床上坐起來了，不敢開燈；第二次撬門聲朋友被吵起來了，我倆一起坐在床上，不敢動，後來撬門聲結束後我倆開燈然後一直不敢睡覺，給前台打電話，前台服務人員説第二天早上九點老闆上班才可以看監控，一直不敢睡覺，一直到三點多實在是困了才開着燈睡著了，第二天八點四十在大廳等老闆上班看監控，一直到九點五分也沒有出現，而且上午也沒有接到關於事件處理問題的電話，該賓館對於此類不重視不處理，作為消費者我感覺體驗感極差，令附兩張環境照片，一天293元。

前台服務可以，住宿環境一般，裝修老舊，酒店在巷子裏面，停車很不方便，找了一個小時，才在大路邊上找個空隙停車。急**。哎，青島旅遊，體驗最差的一次。下單的時候沒看評分，退房看，2.5的評分不是虛的😡😡😡

看到衞生兩個字我就想笑，這個酒店何談衞生？講啥設施？有啥環境？就服務有個小姑娘還可以……那衞生間臭的像在公用廁所一樣令人發嘔，升級了一次不行又升一次，不是因為一次訂了兩天的房時間也不允許我肯定就換酒店了。當然，預算太緊張，衹需要一張床的也就閉眼睡覺算了

房間不禁舊，而且還臟，感覺哪都黑乎乎的，一層灰，沒地方停車，轉了好久，停到周邊的馬路邊，入住體驗最差的一次，沒有之一，再也不會去住了

床頭開關有是壞的，早晨七點半到八點半所有燈不亮了，電視頻道很少，牆壁隔音不錯，門非常不隔音，樓道里的動靜聽的一清二楚
