A nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is a good Chinese style buffet but there are no drinks. The hotel is an easy walk to shops or the beach. Plenty of food choices near the hotel both western and local.

We decided to stay an extra day and we had checked with the front desk if everything was OK and they said yes. After we came back from the beach, we couldn’t get into our room. The staff hadn’t informed us they needed to update the booking in their system. We felt a little bit disappointed because it was an unnecessary delay.

The staff is polite and professional, I recommend it if you are a foreign traveller in Qingdao.
Additionally, the hotel is close to the beach and the Convention Center Mall.
