房間內很臟，沒有熱水，床上有頭髮、錫紙燙，還有蒼蠅，還有一股怪味，免費的礦泉水都沒有，床頭桌也壞了，而且很臟，洗刷間地板上全是灰，馬桶也不乾淨……總之很垃圾，千萬別去住

一言難盡，給差評有些於心不忍，因為前台小夥和阿姨儘量滿足我們需求。但是實在忍不住吐槽一下，價格配不上設施，房間老舊，毛巾也是臟臟的，感覺摸過門把手，被褥，遙控器後的手都是油油的😂😂
房間味道略重。跟我們老家縣城小旅館差不多。
優點：服務人員態度良好，地理位置去各個景區都不遠

沒有早餐，格子間，房間很小，廁所臭味重，床單有污漬，空調擋風葉打開和用了幾年的油煙機一樣厚厚的油污，衞生條件堪憂。價格和條件不符

入住第一天，房間有些有些小問題，酒店老闆立刻更換了兩間大床房，很貼心！以後來青島市北區，還選易佰。早晨酒店門口有舊貨舊物舊書集市，逛一逛很有感覺。周邊吃飯的地方也很多，大概幾條街的距離。

酒店位置很不錯，不遠就有地鐵站，還有啤酒博物館，酒店環境很不錯，乾淨衞生，阿姨超級好，門口就可以停車
需要改進的就是酒店設施有點老化，提一點建議就是定期維護一下

顯示免費停車，實際到了要自己去找停車位。房間樓道一切設施都非常老舊，各種損壞嚴重，臟亂差！有異味！幾十塊錢一晚都不住，價格還貴！前台樓道到處都有蒼蠅飛，房間的燈壞了特別暗，找前台説給修實際一晚上沒來修。空調半夜一直滴水漏水！服務差，一幫小夥子光着膀子在那收拾房間！整體太差了！以後如果再去青島絕不會選擇！

房間很小，沒有桌子櫃子，行李衹能放地上。衞生間是在房間裏用玻璃隔出來的，滿屋子臭味，隔音也不好。停車位有限能不能停看運氣。行李寄存就是放到門廳裏一個大石頭的下面的地磚上。問前台的大叔預訂時看到的洗衣服務怎麼提供時（去海灘把褲子打濕了，晾乾了一層白色），大叔明確告知沒有此項服務，至於預訂酒店的平台上宣傳的此服務他也不清楚是怎麼回事。酒店旁邊就有地鐵站，坐地鐵很方便。

這個酒店，哦不，這個小旅館，環境不如幾十年前的小旅店，圖片自己看，不是人住的，門是壞的，洗澡外面直播，臟亂差的很，到處都是灰，蜘蛛網，配套顫顫巍巍，被褥配置是多家酒店材料拼湊的，最關鍵的是有好大蜘蛛，好大好大一衹，太給力了👍
