A nice place to stay if you like traveling with your pets. We stayed for a few nights and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. It’s a short walk to a public beach, local village restaurants and shops.

The homestay was right next to a road but there was not too much traffic. The hostess was really kind and even upgraded me to a bigger room. The room was really spacious and bright. The view was amazing and you can relax very nicely on the balcony. It is only five minutes by foot to the next beach and circa 15 minutes to a bigger beach. If you want to go hiking this location is execellent, it only takes 10 minutes by taxi to arrive at the area. Breakfast was healthy and delicious.

We enjoyed staying just one night, but cozy room and balcony shower bath tub was so nice with ocean view. The owner lady was very kind to prepare water after seaside play. Recommend to foreign passport holders to stay—-!

There are a lot of advantages (good location), (nice staff, and service), (staff is always ready to help), (room with sea view), I really liked everything. The only negative, the room was a little dusty, but this not soo big problem, and there is no sound insulation. We will definitely come back, I advise you.

We had a great stay at the Xigu Hostel. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful with everything we needed. It was right after Qingming Holiday and not at all busy, so she gave us a free upgrade to a Seaview room. This wasn't at all expected so we were thankful for her thoughtfulness. The bathtub on the seaview room was on the balcony, which seemed a little odd, but wasn't a problem as we didn't plan on using it. I would definitely recommend this Hostel to anybody looking for a small place by the sea.
One other note: Although it is very close to the Taiqing Scenic area, you can't simply walk there. You either need a car or need to head a couple miles back down the road to the Laoshan visitor center.

Qingdao is beautiful, and Laoshan is even more beautiful. The landlady is very nice. She is the same age as my mother. She is a northern friend who is straightforward and talkative. The check-in process was very pleasant and comfortable. I like the decoration style of the homestay. The scenery outside the window is really good and the view is wide. There is also a large yard downstairs suitable for furry children to play and poop (remember to pick it up)
Because I canceled the trip to Zibo, I drove here and stayed for one more night. It was comfortable here. The landlady also has a dog. Thank you for your love for my furry children. See you next time!
