房間很大衞生也很好！前台的工作人員態度很好，總體來説非常不錯！
公寓距離地鐵站不算遠，走路三四分鐘左右就到了，離旁邊的世茂濱海公園也很近，走路就能到！！

首先，我們訂了3間房間。除了我的一間感覺不錯，當天有一個房間衞生間反味道奇臭無比。
最後我媽媽告訴我，房間蟲子太多了，但是不想麻煩我，忍了。服務特別好，但是衞生堪憂。

到了之後，老闆給免費升級的海景房，總之去青島旅遊住在黃島區性價比挺高的，安靜人少出行方便，出來公寓不遠就是地鐵站，停車也很方便，有收費和免費兩種選擇

老闆服務很周到，房間很乾凈，用的洗漱用品，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的很乾凈，這個價格在市南附近很難找到，出門都是景點，交通環境都很棒。一次來還定這這裏，特別nice！！!

首先 位置不錯，離地鐵站和商場很近，點外賣也很方便。去城市陽台和青島西站有直達的公交。
房間很大，久住的話曬衣服還很方便。
但是也有很多值得改進的地方：衞生間的氣味，估計是下水道的氣味，非常重，刷個牙的時間我都忍受不了，會出去透個氣，建議放個香薰或者處理一下下水道。
提供的拖鞋非常不防滑，地上如果有點水很容易滑倒，本人也是差點摔倒，如果是長者那後果可能會比較嚴重。
雖然有廚房，但是使用一次就是30，所以基本每天都是外食或者外賣。
