交通：交通豐常方便，附近有好多公交，地鐵離得也很近。
衞生：很乾凈，還給一次性馬桶墊（以前在別的地方住過一次賓館，並沒有一次性馬桶墊）。

離地鐵站近，步行二十多分鐘可到啤酒博物館，十多分鐘到台東步行街，方便！老闆熱情，送水，坐便套，衞生好。最主要價格也便宜。
