沒有吹風機，沒有牙刷，有一個還是打開的，，沒有洗髮水，一股臭味，尿騷味，要不是那麼晚真的不住這裏，太臟了，遙控器這樣式兒的，空調發黃，被子是家庭用的夏涼被，幸虧我帶了一次性床單被套枕套，第二天需要再定房間，攜程還給我推薦這一家，五十塊錢都不值，太差了，臭死了

先説下最大的感覺吧。希望店家能提升品味。不管是你給的一次性刷牙的，牙膏都不是品牌貨，還有紙巾等，都是看過去很差很差的，下面有圖片。作為使用者，我覺得是很難受的。店裡沒有浴巾，房東會準備小毛巾，但是小毛巾也會有異味，讓人不舒服。房間如果是沒窗的，會特別悶。
服務：房東人還是挺好的，挺健談的。但是我覺得對於別人住房，你該準備的東西沒有一套流程。我發現了什麼沒有才讓你補的，而且不提供礦泉水。
衞生：衞生住的很不舒服。可能是和房間不透氣有關係。
房間價格大概是220多，感覺住得有些難受。希望房東能多為旅客着想，我們要住着舒服，你把窗簾安上，把一次性用品換點品質好一點的。

學校周邊，房間乾淨整潔。兩張床，一張大床一張稍微小一點的床。經濟實惠。離地鐵站也不遠。如果學院旁邊這條路能早點修好那就更完美了。

臟亂差，裝修很舊，衞生也一般，洗浴設施老舊。老闆態度差，入住還需要交300元按金，態度強硬，不交不行，可能是怕我們吃她冰箱裏的海鮮？退房還要去驗房，先打開冰箱查看她的海鮮。入住時還一再和我強調要保持屋內衞生。。總之很無語，這麼寶貴的房子快自己住吧，不要做民宿了。

因為攜帶寵物而選擇了這家民宿，不得不説房東夫婦真的很周到熱情，雖然當天因為失誤沒有預留好我們預訂的房間，但及時給調整了。還幫助拿行李，泊車，溜🐶，真的很不錯。房間嘛，床褥很潮，這個季節，又是在海邊，在所難免吧？環境的話，怎麼説呢？煙火氣很濃，旁邊餐館超市都有，吃飯也不貴，買點日用品也方便 。然後到金沙灘海灘徒步就可以，很近，幾分鐘就到，沙灘很棒，海岸線很長，沙子細膩，白天晚上都可以玩，還有娛樂項目可以選擇。晚上可以看到煙花，很美。
建議老闆改善：增加一次性牙刷牙膏香皂，衞生紙。這些真花不了多少錢，但能提高客棧的評分哦。
再次謝謝周到的房東和美麗熱情的老闆娘，有機會我會推薦給朋友。

#衞生房間沒收拾好，剛進去就聞到一股臭味，衞生間馬桶裏居然有💩，誰懂我看到一大坨💩的心情。#房間設施吹風機是公用的，隔音不行，外面人説話聽得一清二楚#位置交通從南北屯地鐵站出來走了十幾分鍾，那一排居民樓有很多這樣的家庭式旅館，環境一般，感覺周圍的衞生不好，臟亂差。金沙灘真的不如市區一浴，海邊都是滸苔，老遠都能聞到腥臭味，根本沒法下水。來青島玩的小夥伴還是別去黃島這邊了。
