I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived till my departure. The room was clean and new, and the bed was super comfortable — I slept so well every night.
The hotel is a little farther from the main tourist spots, but it wasn’t a big deal. Using DiDi to get around was easy and inexpensive, usually just around 10–20 RMB to most places, so getting around was still very convenient.

I had a really great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was their exceptional service. The staff were super friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help. Special shout-out to their customer service/front desk — they went above and beyond by helping me collect my Taobao parcels and even picked up items from nearby locker on my behalf. I honestly didn’t expect that level of effort, and I’m truly grateful! 😆

絕佳之選！這家酒店必須安利
這次在百洋綠洲家園酒店的住宿體驗簡直超棒！
服務人員熱情周到，從進門時的親切問候，到入住期間的貼心關懷，都讓人倍感温暖。特別感謝才明經理和前台團隊對我提出的一些小需求，他們都能迅速響應並妥善解決。
位置在市北區開車的話不管是去景點遊玩，還是外出覓食，都極為便利。
房間佈置温馨又舒適，床品柔軟浴巾超大超軟讓人一夜好眠。衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，每個角落都乾淨整潔還有智能馬桶，智能客控，小度音響，全套TOTO衞浴。
以後再來這兒，我肯定還選它！

位置：酒店的位置稍微有點偏，然後攜程的地址有點偏，按照導航自駕到不了正門，希望完善
設施：因為是新建的，設施比較新，但是缺少洗衣服、酒店內娛樂等設施
環境：最大的問題因為新裝修，裝修味道很濃重，全程睡覺不敢關窗，這個是最大問題⚠️⚠️⚠️
衞生：整體衞生真的不錯，值得表揚👍
服務：服務還是非常不錯的，提出的需求酒店都盡力解決，也對沒有做到的一直表示抱歉，這個是我認為最難得的👍👍👍
希望後期越來越好吧
