This stay was a great experience, and I have to praise it. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff had a friendly smile, efficient and professional check-in procedures, and also introduced the hotel facilities and fun places around. The guest rooms are impeccable. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and it is super comfortable to sleep and have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality. In addition, the hotel has an excellent location, very convenient transportation, and many shopping malls and attractions around it. It is also close to the Laoshan Campus of Ocean University of China. When checking out, the staff was also warm and polite, which made people feel happy. 環境真心不錯，老闆説是五一剛開的，所以環境都很新，也很乾凈，住着也很放心，去呢邊市考試的，老闆又要把我們送到學校，快遞寄存到他們前台，我想着考完試過去拿結果人家老闆主動給我打電話，説要給我送過來。老闆人真心很好。有機會的話會再去那邊入住的。
