The room is modern and well design, but a little small. Beds are hard, not very comfortable. AC is too cold, cannot be adjusted, as a result I developed strong backache after staying in this hotel. Breakfast does not have many choices, gym also lacks equipment. Location is far away from the main city.

I had a business trip in Qingdao and decided to book in this hotel due to company visit which is near to this location. So its convenient to this location.
The place is in city balcony of Qingdao and near attractions are Europe Corridor and Golden sandy beach of Qingdao but city proper is far which needs more than 1hr drive for taxi/didi/MRT.
The staff are nice and food for breakfast buffet are okay. Main viand are changed daily but few options only.
Overall the hotel is in good and reasonable price.

酒店位置不錯，去海邊很方便，和朋友來青島玩住在這相當安逸。因為是新開的，從一踏進門看到大堂開始，就透露出一股高級感和舒適感，房間乾淨整潔，可以看得出衞生標準很高，不愧是洲際旗下品牌酒店，住得很安心。公區配套設施齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，像我們去海邊玩一圈，回酒店把衣服直接洗烘，拿出來就可以直接裝進行李箱，很方便。早餐廳視野開闊，落地窗環繞，陽光透進來明亮又愜意，早上在這樣的環境裏用餐，感覺一整天的心情都會是輕鬆愉快的。青島是一座很美的城市，還沒離開就已經期待下一次的重逢，希望再住在這能遇到不一樣的驚喜。

差差差！避雷！千萬別住！根本不像洲際旗下的酒店！整個酒店從環境到服務跟民宿沒什麼區別。整個酒店沒有員工穿工服，大堂衹有一個人，一堆人排隊辦入住，房間很臟，床底下各種垃圾，打掃衞生的不像房嫂，像老闆老闆娘親自上陣，不穿工服不問好，被我發現在房間洗手池裡洗拖把！這是一個連鎖酒店的管理標準嗎？早餐更噁心，做飯的不穿廚師服帶廚師帽，帶着手錶手串，合理懷疑連健康證都沒有，態度還很惡劣，想要碗餛飩就跟去乞討一樣，不過看他的樣子也是一口都吃不下了，所有菜品蒸點都是冰涼。
捨不得僱員工買工服不如別開這個酒店，掛着洲際的牌子提供還不如民宿的服務和環境。給錢都不住！

青島中心からは、とても遠いし、地下鉄の駅からも遠いので、車ないと不便なエリアだと思う。
